Yoga for Adolescents and Young Ladies with PMOS (formerly PCOS) is a 21-day live guided programme that combines medical education, therapeutic yoga, and lifestyle guidance to help participants better understand and manage PMOS. Led by Dr. Prashant Katakol (Doctor & Certified Yoga Teacher) and Ms. Jyotsana Ambewadkar (Certified Yoga Therapist), each session integrates clinical knowledge with yoga practices for hormonal health, insulin sensitivity, and stress management.
