The Kaivalyam Membership

Kaivalyam foundation seeks support from your good self to establish and develop a center of excellence, to cater to the emerging needs of the society.

Membership Privileges 

Single Members 

  • Single members shall be granted a complimentary two-day stay at the ashram per annum during the initial three-year period.

  • During their stay, members are eligible to access various facilities including the library, swimming pool, and resting gallery. Additionally, home-prepared meals will be available  to members at designated times for a reasonable cost.

Couple Members (Family Members)

  • Couple members shall be entitled to a complimentary two-day stay per annum during the initial three-year period. This benefit allows any two family members, consisting of registered couples, their own children, and their own parents, to avail themselves of the free accommodation.

Booking Guidelines for Ashram Stay:

​1. Reservations can be made by calling the office at 9902106254/9481138745 or sending an email to prashantikuthir@gmail.com.

2. Requirements:

  • Only registered guests with pre-paid bookings are accommodated at the ashram.

  • Bills must be settled upon arrival through cash or electronic payment. Cheques are not accepted.

  •  Guests must present a valid government-issued ID card with a photo (such as Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) upon arrival. Original IDs should be carried.

  • Overseas visitors (non-Indian passport holders/OCI cardholders/NRI's) must present their original, valid passport, Indian Visa, or OCI card upon check-in as per government guidelines.

3. Walk-in bookings are subject to availability.

4. Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability.

5. Guests should use their rooms for the agreed period. Extensions are possible if rooms are available and should be requested in advance.

6. Check-in time is between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Check-out time is 24 hours from the time of check-in. Guests are expected to vacate their rooms on time.
7. Rooms will be held until 7:00 pm on the scheduled arrival day. Failure to arrive before 7:00 pm without prior notice will result in the release of rooms and forfeiture of the reservation fee.
8. Changes in booking dates require cancellation and rebooking.
9. Any modifications or last-minute adjustments will be communicated using the provided contact information during registration.
10. The ashram reserves the right to deny admission or ask any guest to leave without providing reasons if they cause disturbance, nuisance, or pose a threat to the ashram, other guests, or ashram personnel.

Stay Guidelines for Ashram Guests:

1. The ashram may reject services if:

  • The guest is an unaccompanied minor (under 18 years of age).

  • The required payment for the cottage/stay rent is refused or not paid.

  • The guest's behavior disrupts the tranquility of the ashram.

  • The guest damages or threatens to damage ashram property.

  • The guest engages in any illegal activity.

  • The guest's behavior is deemed unacceptable.

2. Pets are strictly prohibited.

3. The use of tobacco, cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, or non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited within the ashram premises. Violators will be asked to leave and reported to the authorities.

4. The number of people occupying a room should not exceed the allotted capacity. Additional guests must book their own accommodations.

5. Separate accommodation for drivers or personal maids is not provided, Arrangements should be made for their stay outside the ashram.

6. If opposite genders share a room, they must be married or immediate relatives.

7. Luxury or expensive items should not be brought or stored at the ashram. The owner is solely responsible for any loss or damage to such items.

8. Damaging, removing, or relocating ashram property is prohibited and may result in fines.

9. Guests should not move furnishings or interfere with electrical networks or installations without management consent.

10. Any accidents, malfunctions, or suspicions thereof should be reported immediately to the front desk.

11. The ashram is not liable for unforeseen damage, loss, or accidents to the guests during their stay.

12. In case of illness or injury, the ashram can assist with medical assistance or transportation to a hospital at the guest's expense.

13. Child Policy:

    - Children under the age of 3 can stay free of charge with their parents.

    - Only one child per room is allowed free of charge.

Maintenance Guidelines for Ashram Guests:

1. Keep doors closed and locked when not in the room or sleeping. The administration is not responsible for lost belongings.

2. Turn off lights and fans and close doors and windows when the room is unoccupied.

3. Washing clothes in the room is not allowed. A wash area is available in the ashram dormitory.

4. Deposit room keys at the front desk during check-out or when leaving the premises.

5. Failure to produce room keys or loss of keys during check-out may result in a fine of INR 1500.

6. Guests are responsible for maintaining clean rooms during their stay.

7. Except for room cleaning, no other services are available for stay guests.

Conduct Guidelines for Ashram Guests:

1. Refrain from plucking flowers, fruits, or harming vegetation.

2. Minimize the use of electronic gadgets and avoid talking loudly on phone calls.

3. Public display of affection is to be avoided.

4. Clothing guidelines:

  • Avoid wearing tight or transparent clothing.

  • Clothing should cover shoulders, upper arms, midriff, and legs down to the shins.

5. Observe peace and quiet between 11:00 pm and 6:00 am to avoid disturbing other guests.
