Join Kaivalyam’s 200-Hour Residential Yoga Teachers’ Training Course for a transformative journey into Yoga practice, philosophy, and disciplined living. Explore different paths of Yoga, study classical scriptures, build a sustainable practice, and prepare to appear for the Yoga Certification Board (YCB) examination under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
Spend 28 days in the peaceful foothills of the Western Ghats, with daily practice, sattvic food, nature, and an environment that supports personal growth and inner clarity.
Beginners are welcome. No prior yoga experience or formal qualification is required.
